Work Package Description:
This work package will address the overall scientific management and coordination and management of the project’s external relations. It will ensure that all knowledge is created, managed and disseminated in a coordinated and coherent manner, and in close cooperation with the Coordinator and WP10. The activities in this work package will ensure the efficient management and overseeing of the project progress and the work plan.
As leader of this work package, PIN will overview the detailed planning of technical work and deliverables, will ensure the detailed monitoring of technical progress, and will establish procedures for the risk management of the project.
